Humanities CLEP Test

The Humanities CLEP Test covers the material that is taught in a two-semester class at the 101 college level. This test covers the humanities areas of literature, art, music and the performing arts. The test is very broad and includes test questions from the classical to contemporary time periods.

You will be tested on fiction, literature, poetry, prose, philosophy, theater, art, architecture, music, dance and film. You will be asked to know specific concepts, summaries of famous works and matching authors to their works.

Because this test covers so much information, it is designed that a passing score will result with a score of 50 out of a possible 140 questions to be answered in 90 minutes. There is no penalty for guessing on the test and there are some pretest questions included that are not scored.

The exam is broken down into the following categories:

50% Literature
10% Drama
10-15% Poetry
15-20% Fiction
10% Nonfiction including philosophy

50% The Arts
20% Painting, sculpture, etc.
5% Architecture
15% Music
10% Performing arts including film, dance, etc

The Humanities CLEP test covers material from the 18th, 19th, 20th centuries as well as the Classical, Medieval and Renaissance periods. This test involves a lot of memorization of artists and their works whether they be books, plays, films, sculpture, etc.

I took the Clep Humanities test today and I scored a 56 on the test (a

I am so excited about sharing my success with you guys. I am the biggest skeptic when it comes "to things that seem too good to be true". I passed my Humanities CLEP test after studying for a week. I followed the web sites given to view certain materials, and used the flash cards. When the first few questions popped up on the test screen to take the Humanities CLEP, I was floored.....too easy. I am no genius, but if I can do it, you can too. Make the small investment, and save on time and tuition to achieve your academic objective. Had I known about this earlier, who knows? I have taken, the Humanities test score 59, Drug and Alcohol Abuse score 55, and Here's to your Health score 68. Currently I am studying for Intro to Computing. I still have two more to finish before I after my current one but really liked your study guides... they were very helpful and I will definitely recommend them to others.
